Kisimul Group is seeking a compassionate Senior Night Life Practitioner for Bramley Apartments in Boston. You will support individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live independently and join community activities.

A company vehicle is provided for transport to activities, with a UK driving licence required. Starting rates are £14.74 (Level 1) and £16.87 (Level 3), with progression through competency pathways to higher hourly rates based on performance and

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others.
