Job summary

LMP Truck and Trailer Repairs is a family-owned business operating from Irlam depot, Manchester. We are seeking a Night Technician to join a team of 30+ professionals to service and repair HGV trucks and trailers.

You will diagnose faults, perform maintenance, prepare vehicles for MOT, and work with diagnostic equipment, on a four-night-per-week schedule with competitive pay and a strong pension and life-insurance package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with HGV trucks and trailers.
• Strong understanding of HGV servicing, maintenance and repair.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• General servicing and maintenance of HGV trucks and trailers.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
• MOT preparation and inspections.
• Carrying out repairs to a high standard.
• Using diagnostic equipment where required.
• Maintaining a safe and organised working environment.
