Greenhous DAF Wolverhampton is seeking a skilled Nightshift HGV Technician to join our after-hours workshop team. You will service, maintain and repair HGVs and trailers to the highest standards, minimising downtime and keeping fleets on the road.

The ideal candidate will hold NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, have strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills, and be able to work night shifts with minimal supervision. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive, market-leading environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified HGV Technician with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Experience working on HGVs is preferred; DAF experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on HGVs and trailers.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults.
• Complete MOT preparations and inspections.
• Ensure all work complies with DAF and DVSA standards.
• Accurately complete job cards and service documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop.
• Work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision.
