Job summary

Holiday Inn London Luton Airport is seeking a dedicated Night Supervisor to lead the night team and ensure professional, friendly, and efficient service across reception, bar, restaurant, and room service. You will perform night-audit tasks and support guests with information and services while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires a proactive attitude, strong communication, and a focus on safety and hotel operations during night hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role or customer service position is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive attitude and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Opera Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health, safety and security procedures while completing training.
• Complete all company and brand training as required.
• Follow money handling, credit procedures, health and safety, fire safety, and employment legislation requirements.
• Provide high standards of service at reception, the bar, restaurant, and during night room service.
• Implement check-in and check-out procedures per brand standards.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel facilities, services, and promotions for guests.
