Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management's Radisson Blu Liverpool is seeking a dedicated night team member to keep the hotel running smoothly while guests sleep.

You will welcome late-arriving guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, run night audits, and respond to guest requests with a friendly, efficient service. This role suits a natural night owl who stays calm under pressure, enjoys teamwork, and helps prepare a fresh start for the morning staff.

Reliable and calm under pressure when handling guest needs.

Responsibilities

Welcome late-arriving guests with a friendly smile and help them settle in.
Handle night check-ins and check-outs and ensure accuracy of records.
Conduct night audits and end-of-day reports for smooth morning handover.
Attend to guest requests during the night, including room service or extra items.
Keep lobby and public areas clean and welcoming for a fresh start in the morning.
Coordinate with the early morning team to ensure a seamless shift handover.
Monitor safety and security and maintain a peaceful night environment.
