RBH Hospitality Management Ltd, operating the Radisson Blu Hotel Liverpool, is seeking a dedicated Night Team Member. You will welcome guests during late hours, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and manage the night audit process to ensure a smooth, secure overnight operation.

The role requires a natural night owl, friendly guest interaction, and a calm, detail-focused approach to nightly tasks, with strong teamwork and independent work capability to support the morning team.

Qualifications

• Night owl capable of late hours and overnight shifts.
• Friendly, welcoming service with guests at all hours.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in nightly audits/reports.
• Reliable and calm under pressure in a busy hotel environment.
• Team player who can work independently and with morning staff.
• High energy and adaptability for a dynamic night shift.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late-arriving guests and assist with check-ins/outs.
• Handle night audits and end-of-day reports; ensure tidy lobby/areas.
• Provide room service support and guest requests during the night.
• Maintain safety, security, and smooth operations overnight.
• Prepare handoff to the early-morning team for a seamless shift change.

• Are you a night owl who loves the quiet buzz of the late hours? Join our team and keep the magic of the hotel running smoothly while the world sleeps!
• Welcome late-arriving guests with a friendly smile and help them settle in, handling check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between.
• Handle night audits and end-of-day reports, keeping things organised and ready for the morning crew.
• Be the go-to for any guest requests during the night, whether it’s room service or an extra pillow, bringing comfort even in the wee hours.
• Keep the lobby and public areas tidy and welcoming, setting up the hotel for a fresh start each morning.
• Monitor safety and security through regular checks, making sure guests enjoy a peaceful night’s stay.
• Coordinate with the early morning team to hand off a seamless shift, so everyone’s ready to take on the day.
