Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management's The Milner York is seeking a dedicated Night Team Member to support our hotel during the night shift. You'll welcome guests, handle late check-ins, assist with requests, and help ensure a smooth overnight operation.

You should be a natural night owl, reliable and calm under pressure, with strong numbers and detail orientation for audits, and be a team player who can also work independently. Join us for flexible hours, great staff benefits and free meals on duty.

Qualifications

• Experience working night shifts in hospitality or similar setting.
• Strong customer service skills with a welcoming approach.
• Good numeracy and attention to detail for audits and reports.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late-arriving guests and assist with check-ins/check-outs.
• Handle night audits and daily reports, keep records organized.
• Coordinate with early morning staff for seamless shift handover.
• Respond to guest requests during the night, providing assistance as needed.

What you'll be doing...

• Are you a night owl who loves the quiet buzz of the late hours? Join our team and keep the magic of the hotel running smoothly while the world sleeps!


• Welcome late-arriving guests with a friendly smile and help them settle in, handling check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between.


• Handle night audits and end-of-day reports, keeping things organised and ready for the morning crew.


• Be the go-to for any guest requests during the night, whether it’s room service or an extra pillow, bringing comfort even in the wee hours.


• Keep the lobby and public areas tidy and welcoming, setting up the hotel for a fresh start each morning.


• Monitor safety and security through regular checks, making sure guests enjoy a peaceful night’s stay.


• Coordinate with the early morning team to hand off a seamless shift, so everyone’s ready to take on the day.
