Job summary

Wilde is seeking a Guest Services Manager - Night to lead the Guest Services Hosts across our lobby, reception, bar, and R&B spaces. Join a fast-paced, evolving team within a vibrant aparthotel operator with a dynamic culture and strong European presence.

You will champion guest service excellence, train and motivate staff, and ensure seamless night operations while upholding Wilde’s values and standards across public areas.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a similar role within the lifestyle hotel or hospitality sector.
• Knowledge of Front Office operations.
• F&B/Barista experience is preferred but training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and delivers consistent, high-quality service in lobby, bar, and host stand.
• Acts as brand ambassador for Wilde, representing the company with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Maintains guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and resolving issues swiftly.
• Supports health and safety protocols and collaborates with multi-department teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Creates a welcoming atmosphere and personalized experiences that leave guests with a lasting positive impression.
