Job summary

Wilde is seeking a Guest Services Host to join our vibrant team across our lobby, public areas and bar spaces in the heart of our European aparthotel operations. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering exceptional guest service and embodying the Wilde brand with warmth and energy.

Full training will be provided; prior hospitality experience is helpful. Flexible patterns including full and part-time roles are available, with opportunities to engage in community initiatives and

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and maintain a welcoming atmosphere across public areas.
  • Support the lobby, reception and bar/restaurant spaces with proactive service.
  • Represent the Wilde brand with enthusiasm, energy and a friendly professional demeanor.
  • Assist guests to ensure memorable experiences and personalised service.
  • Collaborate with the team to keep operations smooth across shifts.
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture and local community initiatives.
