Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is hiring a Gatehouse Administrator at our Harworth site. This full-time permanent role offers a 4 on 4 off night shift (6pm–6am) with a salary of £27,206 per annum plus £2,000 night allowance.

You will manage movement of customer products within the warehouse, ensuring operational excellence and high customer satisfaction. Key duties include supporting warehouse operatives, pre-advising inbound loads, compiling reports, and maintaining schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in Warehousing/Logistics 3PL preferred.
• Goods In/Out or stock control experience.
• Strong customer service background.
• Proficient in WMS and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support warehouse operatives as required.
• Maintain communication with Shift Manager and escalate issues promptly.
• Pre-allocate loads and input pre-advises for customer inbounds.
• Compile and send reports as required.
• Run orders per instruction and dispatch times.
• Update Electronic Schedule and Auto-store to reflect site activities.
• Carry out stock shortage investigations and monitor replenishments.
• Control equipment allocation.
