Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is hiring a Gatehouse Administrator for our Harworth site on a full-time permanent basis. The role involves processing movement of customer products within the warehouse, reporting, and supporting operations to ensure on-time dispatch and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have strong Excel and WMS skills, good communication, and a willingness to work in a warehouse setting.

Qualificações

• Proficient in the use of WMS and Microsoft Excel.
• Great communication skills both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work within a warehouse environment dealing with products in and out bound and returns when required.
• Experience in Warehousing/Transport/Logistics/3PL background preferred.
• Goods In/Out, Stock Control or Inventory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist and support warehouse operatives when required.
• Communicate with Shift Manager and escalate issues promptly.
• Pre-allocate loads and input pre-advises for customer inbounds.
• Compile and send reports as required.
• Run orders in line with instruction and scheduled dispatch times.
• Move staff between work areas to maintain flow of activities.
• Select Loading/Un-loading Bay based on current needs.
• Update Electronic Schedule and Auto-store to reflect on-site activities.
