Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is seeking a Gatehouse Administrator for our Harworth site on a full‑time permanent basis. Salary £27,206 per annum. Working hours: 4 on 4 off days, 6am–6pm.

The Gatehouse Administrator will accurately process the movement of customer products within the warehouse and across the wider network, delivering operational excellence and customer satisfaction with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proficient with WMS and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willing to work in a warehouse handling inbound/outbound items.
• Experience in Warehousing/Logistics/3PL preferred.
• Experience in Goods In/Out, Stock Control or Inventory.
• Strong Customer Service background.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support warehouse operatives as required.
• Maintain communication with Shift Manager to escalate issues.
• Pre-allocate loads and input pre-advises for customer inbounds.
• Compile and send required reports and data.
• Run orders per instruction and dispatch schedules.
• Move staff between areas to maintain workflow.
• Select loading/un-loading bay per operational needs.
• Update Electronic Schedule and Auto-store to reflect on-site activities.
• Carry out stock shortage investigations and monitor replenishments.
• Manage equipment allocation.
