Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is seeking a Gatehouse Administrator for our Harworth site on a full-time permanent basis. The role involves processing movement of customer products within the warehouse and broader network, ensuring operational excellence and high levels of accuracy.

The position offers a salary of £27,206 per annum, plus a £2,000 night allowance, with 4 on 4 off nights from 6pm to 6am.

Qualifications

• Proficient in the use of WMS and Microsoft Excel.
• Great communication skills both written and verbal.
• Experience within Warehousing/Transport/Logistics/3PL background.
• Goods In/Out, Stock Control or Inventory experience.
• Strong Customer Service background.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse operatives as required.
• Maintain clear communication with Shift Manager and elevate issues promptly.
• Pre-allocate loads and input pre-advises for customer inbounds.
• Compile and send reports as required.
• Run orders in line with instruction and scheduled dispatch times.
• Move staff across areas to maintain workflow.
• Select Loading/Un-loading Bay based on needs.
• Update the Electronic Schedule and Auto-store for on-site activities.
• Carry out stock shortage investigations and monitor replenishments.
• Control equipment allocation.
