Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is hiring a Gatehouse Administrator for our Harworth site on a full-time permanent basis. You will support warehouse operatives, communicate with the Shift Manager and manage loads and reports.

The role suits someone with warehouse experience, proficient in WMS and Excel, with strong communication and a Customer Service background. Working hours are 6am–6pm on a 4-on/4-off pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience in Warehousing/Transport/Logistics/3PL background.
• Goods In/Out, Stock Control or Inventory experience.
• Strong customer service background.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support warehouse operatives when required.
• Maintain communication with the Shift Manager and escalate issues promptly.
• Pre-allocate loads and input pre-advises for customer inbounds.
• Compile and send reports as required.
• Run orders in line with instruction and scheduled dispatch times.
• Move staff across areas to maintain workflow.
• Select Loading/Un-loading Bay per current requirements.
• Update Electronic Schedule and Auto-store to reflect site activity.
• Carry out stock shortage investigations and monitor replenishments.
• Control equipment allocation.
