Job summary

Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is seeking an Assistant Manager Front Office Nights to oversee overnight Front Office operations, manage the preparation and disposition of Night Audit work, and ensure guest services run smoothly during the night shift.

You will supervise Hosts and Door Hosts, train team members, handle guest concerns calmly, and ensure that check-in/check-out standards and hotel policies are consistently followed.

Qualifications

• Experience in front office or guest services within hospitality
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach
• Ability to handle guest concerns calmly and professionally

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight Front Office operations and Night Audit preparation
• Disposition of Night Audit work and ensuring accuracy
• Supervise and train Hosts and Door Hosts
• Perform Front Office tasks as needed to facilitate service
• Ensure cash handling and operating procedures align with policies
• Ensure appropriate staffing during overnight activity
• Communicate promotions and changes to Front Office staff
• Maintain check-in/check-out standards
