Job summary

Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill in London’s Marylebone district seeks a confident Night Duty Manager – Front Office. Lead the Front Office during the overnight shift, overseeing night audits and ensuring seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in Front Office preferred.
• Experience with night audit procedures beneficial.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Front Office overnight, ensuring exceptional guest service.
• Oversee the night audit process, ensuring reports are completed accurately and on time.
• Manage guest arrivals, departures and requests, ensuring a seamless overnight experience.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally, achieving positive resolutions.
• Supervise, coach and develop Night Hosts, maintaining service standards.
• Monitor hotel security, safety and emergency procedures as the night lead.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations and F&B to ensure smooth operations.
• Support Front Office leadership in driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
