Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is seeking a Night Manager to lead overnight operations in Marylebone. You will ensure guests receive prompt, professional service and coordinate with departments to maintain seamless night-time service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front office management in premium/luxury segments.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in night operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive prompt, professional service throughout the night.
• Manage late check-ins, early check-outs, and assist with guest requests.
• Oversee night audits and prepare reports of daily transactions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, engineering and other departments to ensure seamless night operations.
• Oversee health, safety and security procedures during the night.
