Job summary

Seafield Hotel & Spa Resort in Ballymoney is seeking a Night Porter to join our Front Office team for overnight hours. You will deliver courteous, professional service while managing night operations and acting as the main contact for guests after hours.

The role emphasizes guest safety, accuracy in night audits, and clear handovers to the morning team. Experience in a hotel setting and strong English communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role within a 3 or 4-star hotel is preferred.
• Proficient level of spoken and written English.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible for night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations during the night and be the main contact for guests after hours.
• Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs and room allocations as required.
• Respond to guest queries, requests and provide wake-up calls.
• Carry out night audit procedures and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Maintain safety with regular Fire Walks and ensure exits are clear.
• Provide clear handover to the morning team and report maintenance issues.
