Job summary

Hastings Hotels is seeking a reliable Night Porter to join The Stormont Hotel team in Belfast. You will work nights, serving guests, handling luggage, and maintaining high service standards while supporting a secure, welcoming environment.

The role includes cash handling for food and drinks, knowledge of local facilities, and proactive selling of hotel services. Part-time hours (20–21 per week) with weekend shifts and pro-rata salary details are provided.

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent including English and Maths.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Strong customer care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• To serve and assist guests for the duration of the night.
• Provide the highest standards of service and meet guest needs.
• Handle luggage and deliver items to the correct destination.
• Maintain clean, tidy guest areas in line with standards.
• Receive and record cash payments for food and beverages.
