Job summary

Hilton Hart Shoreditch Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton in London is seeking an Assistant Night Front Desk Manager to oversee the night-time front office operations and deliver memorable guest experiences from check-in to check-out.

You will lead the Front Office team, handle VIP inquiries, ensure Night Audit duties are completed, and maintain health and safety while supporting a culture of service excellence across the overnight shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office operations during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth hotel operations.
• Act as the main point of contact for guests, including VIPs, resolving enquiries, complaints, and emergencies.
• Complete Night Audit duties and ensure compliance with financial, cash handling, and credit control procedures.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Front Office team through training, performance management, and regular feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, security, fire, and company policies through regular checks and audits.
• Manage staffing levels, rotas, and departmental costs to meet operational and budget requirements.
• Depose for the Front Office Manager and Hotel Management team when required, taking responsibility for the hotel overnight.
