Job summary

The Winchester Hotel & Spa in Winchester is recruiting a Night Porter to join a busy, friendly team. Reporting to the Night Manager, you will ensure high levels of guest service during the night, greet guests warmly, and handle requests either in person or by phone.

You will be part of a fast-paced team, continually learning and developing, with responsibilities including night audits, safety checks, and supporting other departments for the next day.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or hotel reception is preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent guest service.
• Willingness to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, efficient service to guests at night.
• Greet guests warmly and handle requests professionally over face-to-face and telephone.
• Support other departments and assist in nightly hotel operations.
• Complete night audits and safety checks to ensure guest security.
