Old Thorns Hotel & Resort is seeking a Night Porter to ensure smooth and safe operation of hotel activities while delivering high guest service standards. The role is live-out and requires working 5 nights out of 7 on a rota.

Entry-level position ideal for starting a career in Front of House, with duties including night audit handovers, guest assistance, and maintaining hotel standards throughout the night.

Formación

• Must have valid right to work in the UK.
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Able to work as part of a team and deliver excellent customer service.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out night audit tasks and ensure a thorough handover at shift end.
• Have good knowledge of hotel facilities to answer guest questions quickly.
• Conduct regular rounds and report irregularities to the Night Manager.
• Set up conference and banqueting suites according to function requirements.
• Ensure front of house areas are clean to maintain a professional impression.
• Perform room service duties when catering is closed.
• Deliver high standards of service to guests.
