Travelodge Cardiff M4 is looking for a Night Reception Team Member on a Part Time contract. Be part of a fun, supportive and family feel team with flexible working to suit everyone. No experience required—we'll coach and teach you everything you need to know.

Your role includes welcoming guests, checking them in, patrolling corridors, handling noise complaints and evictions, and setting up the hotel for the next day, including housekeeping trolleys, breakfast prep, and occasional bar service.

Qualifications

• Friendly, welcoming approach to guests.
• Willingness to learn and be coached.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them in at night.
