Job summary

Travelodge Ashford Town Centre is seeking a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, walk the corridors, and help maintain a calm, safe hotel environment.

No experience required; we’ll coach you. You will set up the hotel for the next day, prepare housekeeping trolleys, assist breakfast service, and may even serve behind the bar at times.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Night shift availability and reliable attendance.
• Friendly and helpful attitude for guest-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes guests and checks them in and out at night.
• Watches corridors to maintain a safe and quiet environment.
