Job summary

Travelodge is hiring a Night Reception Team Member on a part-time contract. You will welcome guests, check them in, and help create a friendly, family-feel environment.

No prior experience is required as we provide coaching. You’ll also assist with morning preparations, breakfast setup, and occasional bar service, contributing to a smooth hotel operation and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• No experience required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check them into the hotel.
• Walk the corridors at regular intervals and handle issues as needed.
• Deal with noise complaints and evictions when required.
• Set up the hotel for the next day, including preparing housekeeping trolleys.
• Prep for breakfast service and, at times, serve behind the bar.

We have regular rewards and recognition activities such as 'FAB Fridays' and 'Housekeeping Heroes'. Your job will be welcoming the guests and checking them into the hotel, but you'll also be walking the corridors at regular intervals and you may have to deal with things like noise complaints and evictions. Your other main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, so you'll be doing things like preparing the housekeeping trolleys, or prepping for breakfast service and even serving behind the bar at times.
