Qualifications

• Prior experience working with OPERA cloud will be valued.
• Fluency in English.
• Customer Service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional approach and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions to guests.
• Address guest requests and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout their stay.
• Review arrivals, handle special requests, and log/notify relevant departments.
• Assist in growing ALL program membership and guest engagement.
• Support the front office team to create a memorable guest experience.
