Locke Hotels in Greater London is seeking a welcoming Night Receptionist to be the face of the brand, greeting guests, handling reservations and check-ins, and ensuring a smooth, safe night experience.

Reporting to Front of House Supervisors, you’ll manage queries by phone, email and in person, coordinate with contractors and visitors, and help create a home-from-home atmosphere for guests across shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or frontline customer service.
• Comfortable handling guest inquiries and reservations.
• Capable of working evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out to create a welcoming first impression.
• Manage reservations and guest queries via phone, email and in person.
• Provide information on local attractions and ensure guest needs are met.
• Coordinate with contractors and visitors and respond to out-of-hours queries for other properties.
