Job summary

Locke Hotels in the UK is seeking a night front-of-house host for our night reception team. You’ll greet guests, check them in, and ensure a welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Reporting to the Front of House Supervisors, you’ll manage reservations and queries by phone, email or in person, and share local recommendations with guests.

• Welcome guests at check-in and check-out with a friendly, seamless experience.
• Manage reservations and queries by email, phone, or in person.
• Inspire guests with local attractions and recommendations.
• Be the go-to person for guests, contractors and visitors.
• Handle out-of-hours queries for other edyn properties.
