Job summary

Locke London Aldgate is seeking a Front of House Assistant - Nights to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in/out and support seamless hotel operations. You will provide personalised recommendations, handle queries and contribute to a memorable stay in a fast-paced, team-focused setting.

The role emphasizes hospitality, attentiveness and collaboration across departments, including F&B service across outlets, while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety throughout the hotel.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel reception experience.
• Experience in food and beverage services is desirable.
• Experience using PMS and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with warmth, personality and professionalism.
• Deliver seamless check-ins, check-outs, reservations and guest support.
• Share local knowledge and personalised recommendations to enhance every stay.
• Host public spaces, creating a welcoming atmosphere and resolve guest queries with confidence.
• Provide outstanding food and beverage service across the restaurant, bar, breakfast and grab-and-go outlets.
• Keep the hotel clean and well presented with high safety standards.
• Support events and activations and work flexibly across departments as needed.
• Be a collaborative team player with energy and a passion for guest experiences.
