Hourly Rate: £12.97 plus service charge

This is a night shift position. Shifts are usually from 23:00 to 07:00. Please ensure you can get home during these hours. Flexibility to cover different shifts during team member holidays is required.

Shift pattern is 5 days out of 7, with fully flexible requirements.

You will join the Night Food & Beverage team at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole's Gild Restaurant and Bar, a 24-hour venue. Experience in a busy bar or nightclub with supervisory responsibilities is ideal. A passionate team leader focused on creating memorable guest experiences is desired.

Your responsibilities include supervising daily operations, handling guest queries and complaints, working closely with management, and deputising in their absence. You will lead your team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
