The Role

• Motivate the team and lead by example
• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in department operations
• Support and deliver training to enhance team skills and knowledge
• Maintain a visible presence to ensure prompt and effective response to guest requests and complaints
• Handle guest complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance guest experience
• Continuously develop knowledge and skills for service excellence
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and standards within the hotel
• Maintain strong knowledge of food & beverage products and auditing procedures
• Prepare the department for upcoming business days
• Communicate effectively with all departments
• Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and presentation
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations
