Job summary

TRO is recruiting for a Fleet Operations Site Supervisor to oversee on-site fleet marketing and vehicle-wrapping activities across multiple sites in the UK during evening, night and scheduled campaigns.

The role requires travel between regions, supervision of drivers and reporting, and accuracy in end-of-shift documentation. Night-work flexibility and full UK driving license are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, logistics, transport, fleet or field operations.
• Full UK driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site activity to ensure smooth, safe and timely execution.
• Confirm all operational elements are in place prior to nightly activity.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and tracker checks.
• Manage real-time communication with operational stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Field Managers and Drivers.
• Coordinate driver attendance and vehicle key management.
• Submit accurate end-of-shift reports.
• Escalate operational risks and issues promptly.
