Job summary

TRO is recruiting for a Fleet Operations Site Supervisor to oversee on-site fleet marketing and vehicle-wrapping activities across multiple regional sites in the UK. The role requires coordinating drivers, vehicle movements and reporting during evening and night shifts, with travel between sites in the assigned region and occasional overnight stays.

Shift-based ad-hoc work, typically nights, with car hire and fuel cards provided where required.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on organisation and coordination to manage multiple sites.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across teams and clients.
• Attention to detail to ensure compliance and accuracy in reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site activity to ensure smooth, safe and timely execution.
• Confirm all elements are in place before nightly activity.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and tracker checks.
• Manage real-time communication with operational stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Field Managers and Drivers.
• Coordinate driver attendance and vehicle key management.
• Submit accurate end-of-shift reports.
• Escalate operational risks and issues promptly.
