TRO is recruiting for a Fleet Operations Site Supervisor to oversee on-site activities during fleet marketing and vehicle-wrapping operations. The role covers evenings and night shifts across multiple UK sites, requiring travel between sites and occasional overnight stays.

Ideal candidates will have strong organisational and communication skills, with a UK driving licence and comfort in using mobile apps and reporting systems.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and coordination abilities essential for leading multi-site operations.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with drivers, managers and clients.
• High attention to detail to ensure accurate reports and compliance.
• Ability to work independently under pressure during night shifts.
• Strong safety and compliance awareness across live events and fleet movements.
• Comfortable using mobile apps and reporting systems for real-time updates.
• Full UK driving licence required for travel between sites.
• Willingness to travel regionally and stay overnight when required.
• Experience in events, logistics, transport, fleet or field operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site activity to ensure smooth, safe and timely execution.
• Confirm all operational elements are in place prior to nightly activity.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and tracker checks.
• Manage real-time communication with operational stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Field Managers and Drivers.
• Coordinate driver attendance and vehicle key management.
• Submit accurate end-of-shift reports.
• Escalate operational risks and issues promptly.
