Job summary

TRO is seeking a Fleet Operations Site Supervisor to oversee on-site fleet marketing and vehicle-wrapping activities. The role covers evenings and night shifts, coordinating drivers, vehicle movements and key control across multiple sites within the region.

Applicants should be flexible to travel between sites, operate 8:00pm–6:00am and be comfortable with occasional overnight stays. A full UK driving licence and strong organisational, safety, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site activity to ensure smooth, safe and timely execution.
• Confirm all operational elements are in place prior to nightly activity.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and tracker checks.
• Manage real-time communication with operational stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Field Managers and Drivers.
• Coordinate driver attendance and vehicle key management.
• Submit accurate end-of-shift reports.
• Escalate operational risks and issues promptly.
