Job summary

TRO in the United Kingdom is seeking a Fleet Operations Site Supervisor for ad-hoc, night-shift work across the Plymouth region. You will oversee all on-site operations during fleet marketing and vehicle-wrapping activities, coordinating drivers, vehicle movements, and reporting between TRO, clients, installers and transport partners.

Flexibility to travel within designated regions, including occasional overnight stays, is required.

Qualifications

Strong organisational and coordination abilities are essential.
Excellent communication with drivers, clients and teams.
High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Ability to work independently under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Strong safety and compliance awareness.
Comfortable using mobile apps and reporting systems.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally.
Travel across assigned region with occasional overnight stays.

Responsibilities

Supervise all on-site activity to ensure safe, smooth, and timely execution.
Verify nightly activity readiness and ensure all operational elements are in place.
Carry out vehicle inspections and tracker checks.
Maintain real-time communication with operational stakeholders.
Act as primary point of contact for Field Managers and Drivers.
Coordinate driver attendance and manage vehicle keys.
Submit accurate end-of-shift reports and logs.
Escalate operational risks and issues promptly.
