Job summary

TRO is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site fleet marketing and vehicle-wrapping activities in the UK. You will coordinate drivers, manage vehicle movements, and ensure safe, efficient delivery during evening and night shifts.

Travel between regional sites is required, with accommodation provided when needed and approved. Night shifts, ad-hoc campaigns, and a proactive, safety-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, logistics, transport, fleet or field operations.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site activity to ensure smooth, safe and timely execution.
• Confirm all operational elements are in place prior to nightly activity.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and tracker checks.
• Manage real-time communication with operational stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Field Managers and Drivers.
• Coordinate driver attendance and vehicle key management.
• Submit accurate end-of-shift reports.
• Escalate operational risks and issues promptly.
