Job summary

TRO is seeking a Fleet Operations Site Supervisor to oversee on-site fleet marketing and vehicle-wrapping activities across evening and night shifts. You will coordinate drivers, manage handoffs, and ensure safe, efficient delivery.

Candidates must be comfortable traveling within regions, possess a full UK driving license, and be capable of working independently under pressure during ad-hoc campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in events, logistics, transport, fleet or field operations.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region and nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site activity to ensure smooth, safe and timely execution.
• Confirm all operational elements are in place prior to nightly activity.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and tracker checks.
• Manage real-time communication with operational stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for Field Managers and Drivers.
• Coordinate driver attendance and vehicle key management.
• Submit accurate end-of-shift reports.
• Escalate operational risks and issues promptly.
