Job summary

TRO is seeking a Fleet Operations Site Supervisor for ad-hoc, shift-based work across the UK. You will oversee on-site fleet marketing and vehicle-wrapping activities during evening and night shifts, coordinating drivers, vehicle movements, and communication between TRO, clients, installers and transport partners.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, a focus on safety, and the ability to travel between sites within the region.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising field operations and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work evenings/night shifts and travel within region.
• Comfortable using mobile apps and reporting systems for live operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site activity for fleet marketing and vehicle-wrapping operations.
• Ensure all elements are in place before nightly activity.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and tracker checks; manage driver attendance and vehicle keys.
• Maintain real-time communication with Field Managers, Drivers and clients.
• Submit accurate end-of-shift reports and escalate risks promptly.
