Job summary

TRO is seeking a Fleet Operations Site Supervisor to oversee all on-site operations during fleet marketing and vehicle-wrapping activities, primarily for evening and night shifts. You will coordinate drivers, vehicle movements, key control, and communications between TRO, clients, installers and transport partners across regional sites.

Successful candidates will travel between sites within their region, be comfortable with occasional overnight stays, and hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site activity to ensure safe, timely execution.
• Verify all elements are in place before nightly activity.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and tracker checks.
• Manage real-time communication with stakeholders and act as primary contact for Field Managers and Drivers.
• Coordinate driver attendance and vehicle key management; submit end-of-shift reports.
• Escalate risks and issues promptly.
