TRO is seeking a Fleet Operations Site Supervisor for ad-hoc, night-shift workloads across the UK, with a focus on Plymouth. The role involves supervising all on-site activity for fleet marketing and vehicle-wrapping, ensuring safe, efficient delivery during evenings and nights, and coordinating drivers, assets and communications between TRO, clients, installers and transport partners.

• Experience in events, logistics, transport, fleet or field operations.
• Willingness to travel within a region and support neighbouring regions.

Mansioni

• Supervise all on-site activity to ensure safe, timely execution.
• Confirm all elements are in place prior to nightly activity.
• Carry out vehicle inspections and tracker checks.
• Manage real-time communication with stakeholders.
• Act as primary contact for Field Managers and Drivers.
• Coordinate driver attendance and vehicle key management.
• Submit accurate end-of-shift reports.
• Escalate risks and issues promptly.
