Job summary

Salix Homes Limited is recruiting for a night-time frontline role in Manchester. You will work as part of a team delivering a professional, high-quality night-time customer service, monitoring CCTV, patrolling, and responding to ASB reports in high-rise blocks.

The role involves lone working, emergency caretaking, and handling the OOH phone line, with a 4-on/4-off night pattern from 9pm–8am weekdays and 8pm–8am weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer facing roles.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Full valid driving licence.
• SIA CCTV licence (we would consider applicants without one).

Responsibilities

• CCTV monitoring.
• Mobile security patrols.
• Attend Anti-social behaviour reports in high-rise blocks.
• Lone working.
• Emergency caretaking and cleaning in high-rise blocks.
• Answering and handling calls on the OOH line.
• Raising OOH emergency repairs and allocating to OOH operatives.
