Job summary

Corps Security is seeking an experienced Nightshift Control Room Operator in the United Kingdom to detect and prevent incidents on a key site. The role demands excellent customer service and IT proficiency, with a 4 on 4 off night pattern and a requirement to cover at least two shifts monthly.

You will liaise with peers, management, and the client, monitor security systems, and manage access in line with site instructions. A BS7858 vetting standard is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus.
• /n
• Excellent IT skills including Excel.
• SIA CCTV Licence is essential.
• ARC experience is desirable.
• Able to achieve BS7858 vetting.

Responsibilities

• Liaise daily with peers, operational management, and the client.
• Operate, monitor and prioritise all security systems in the Control Centre.
• Manage Access and Egress per site instructions.
• Record events and actions monitored from the control room.
• Respond to incidents or security issues.
• Report faults with technology following escalation.
• Work with emergency services and other providers to uphold standards.
• Produce written incident reports per client requirements.
• Ensure safety of all persons on site.
• Perform ad hoc duties as directed.
