Job summary

Salvation Army Homes is offering a Night Concierge position at Newhaven Foyer, providing safety and support to residents during night hours. The role focuses on building trust, offering guidance, and ensuring the security of the building and its residents.

You will maintain up-to-date information for clients, participate in training, and help meet performance indicators for the service, contributing to the organisation's mission of safe homes and transforming lives.

Qualifications

• Maintain knowledge of services for residents and communities.
• Demonstrate resilience and a supportive approach to safety.
• Knowledge or experience in working with homeless or vulnerable people.

Responsibilities

• Take a relational approach, build trust with residents and guide safety.
• Acquire and provide up-to-date information relating to clients and the service.
• Complete training and development as identified by the Line Manager.
• Contribute to KPIs for Self, Scheme and the wider association.
