Responsibilities include front-of-house duties, handling enquiries, keeping communal areas clean during night shifts, and ensuring safe, proactive responses to incidents. Early training and support ensure consistent service across 9pm–7am shifts.

Qualifications

• An experienced customer service professional, well-versed in delivering premium experiences to customers.
• Cleaning will amount to a significant part of this position with hands-on upkeep.
• Operations rely on technology systems and software; assistant must be tech-savvy.
