Easthampstead Park Hotel in Wokingham, Berkshire, is seeking a Night Receptionist/Night Porter for part-time night shifts (16 hpw) from 10.30pm to 7.30am. The role focuses on security, room setup for meetings, and delivering high-quality service throughout the night.

The successful candidate will be trained in Opera systems, with responsibilities spanning guest relations, night menu promotion, and thorough handovers to the day team. Prior hospitality experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality.
• Experience with Opera systems preferred; training may be provided.

Responsabilités

• Ensure security and cleanliness during night shifts and maintain public areas.
• Set up meeting and private dining rooms to standard and guest specifications.
• Provide personal, memorable service; anticipate guest needs and follow up.
• Communicate with all hotel departments and manage VIP guest care.
• Promote night menu and bar/room service; handle wake-up calls and handovers.
• Complete incident reports and liaise with duty manager as needed.
