Ardencote Manor - Hiddenwell in Warwick is seeking a Nights Concierge to deliver warm, professional guest service during night shifts. You will manage reservations, check-ins, and guest inquiries, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience and accurate information sharing.

The role emphasizes handling multiple tasks, promoting spa and hotel services, and maintaining high standards of guest care, with training provided for hotel operations.

As a Nights Concierge, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience, creating a lasting first impression and ensuring every farewell is just as warm. From handling reservations and check-ins to providing thoughtful support throughout each visit, your friendly, confident, and professional approach will help ensure every guest feels relaxed, valued, and eager to return

• Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth and seamless check-in and check-out experience
• Handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently and accurately
• Answering all phone calls professionally, efficiently, and in a friendly manner
• Maintaining a polite and thorough demeanour, ensuring all relevant information is received and provided to guests
• Assisting with guest inquiries and provide information about the property and local attractions
• Following procedures accurately and have a comprehensive understanding of the hotel's and spa's facilities, policies, and procedures
• Effectively sell packages and additional treatments to guests
• Providing support for other administrative duties as required by the team

Additional Information

• This is a Nights position. Full flexibility is required as the role will include weekends and Bank Holidays
• Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 9.00pm to 07.00am
