Job summary

Ardencote Manor – Hiddenwell, a Luxury Wellness Retreat, seeks a Nights Concierge for full-time, permanent night shifts (9.00pm–7.00am). You will welcome guests, manage reservations, and handle check-ins/check-outs with warmth and professionalism, while promoting spa packages and assisting with guest inquiries.

The role requires excellent communication, a guest-focused attitude, and comfort with booking systems. Training in spa and hotel operations is provided.

The Role

As a Nights Concierge, you'll be at the heart of the guest experience, creating a lasting first impression and ensuring every farewell is just as warm. From handling reservations and check-ins to providing thoughtful support throughout each visit, your friendly, confident, and professional approach will help ensure every guest feels relaxed, valued, and eager to return

• Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth and seamless check-in and check-out experience
• Handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently and accurately
• Answering all phone calls professionally, efficiently, and in a friendly manner
• Maintaining a polite and thorough demeanour, ensuring all relevant information is received and provided to guests
• Assisting with guest inquiries and provide information about the property and local attractions
• Following procedures accurately and have a comprehensive understanding of the hotel's and spa's facilities, policies, and procedures
• Effectively sell packages and additional treatments to guests
• Providing support for other administrative duties as required by the team

Additional Information

• This is a Nights position. Full flexibility is required as the role will include weekends and Bank Holidays
• Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 9.00pm to 07.00am
