Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead the Park Presentations Team, ensuring guest-facing and staff areas are clean and well-maintained to industry standards. You will report to the Park Presentations Manager and drive a guest-obsessed culture by modelling expected behaviours and high standards.

You will manage a 24/7 team, oversee training, stock levels, and collaboration with the Waste & Recycling team to improve the guest experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experienced cleaning supervisor who can motivate a large workforce.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship building.
• Agile in approach with quick problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Achieve KPI cleanliness scores across general and toilet areas through leadership and training.
• Manage a group of cleaners and drive performance and development.
• Coordinate a 24/7 on-site team to stay motivated and engaged.
• Order and maintain appropriate stock levels.
• Train new staff members for operational readiness.
• Support the Waste & Recycling team when needed.

About The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the Park Presentations Team. You will ensure, with the support of the your team that both guest facing and staff areas are cleaned and maintained whilst following all industry standards, guidelines, and recommendations. Reporting to the Park Presentations Manager, you will collaborate to improve the overall guest experience and drive a Guest Obsessed culture, ensuring your teams are role models for the expected behaviours and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieving Park KPI general & toilet cleanliness scores through strong leadership, training and operational efficiency
• Performance and development management of a group of Cleaners
• Managing a 24/7 team function, ensuring team are motivated and engaged
• Ordering and maintaining appropriate levels of stock
• Training new staff members
• Supporting the Waste & Recycling team where necessary

Qualifications / Experience

• An experienced cleaning supervisor with the ability to communicate clearly, motivating and inspiring a large workforce
• Interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Agile in approach and a keen problem solver, able to react quickly to operational challenges
• Proven ability to enforce policy & procedural compliance
• High standards and acute attention to detail with a proven track record of driving improvement and hitting targets
• Confident in making high pressure decisions
• Confident and competent in data analysis
