Job summary

The OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor for AO Arena Manchester to oversee daily on-site cleaning operations and lead a team of operatives, ensuring high standards and safe working practices.

You will manage rota coverage, support HR processes including sickness and performance, and maintain compliance folders (RAMS, COSHH). This role is based on-site at a busy venue with varied shifts.

• Ensuring compliance folders are up to date (RAMS, COSHH etc)
• Attend management meetings where required
• Responding to Cleaning related incidents
• Acting as the Cleaning lead when the OCS Management are not on site, role model

About The Role:

Days of Working: Shifts will vary across the week dependent upon the event schedule.

Are you passionate about maintaining cleanliness and ensuring impeccable standards in a busy venue?

As a Cleaning Supervisor you will oversee the effective supervisory and safety concerns when it comes to daily operations on site within the cleaning department and team. You will facilitate the duties and tasks of the cleaning operatives to ensure compliance to regulations, site and contract requirements and client reasonable requests.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
